We are an all inclusive private hair studio located in Lynnwood, Washington. •POLICIES• Online Booking Policy To book an appointment online, I do ask for a card to secure the appointment. Your card information is stored on a secure server. At no time is your credit card information visible to me. All new clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit. Cancellations/Reschedules/No Shows After booking an appointment online, you’ll be sent a reminder via text or email 72 hours prior to your appointment. We ask for a full 48 hours if you be need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment price. ZERO tolerance to "No call/No show" the day of an appointment unless it is an emergency. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Let me know if you have any questions. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for a no show. 50% of the service for under 48 hour notice. All deposits are non-refundable.
